Josh and I made it back to Jacksonville about 47 minutes ago. Leaving his family was very difficult. We wanted to stay forever…or at least until the pain of losing Jordan went away. But realizing that neither of those two things were possible, we made the 5 1/2 hour trip back home.

Some have been calling last night’s Men’s 400m Freestyle Relay the best relay race EVER.
